Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Pack with Care
Ensure the product is disassembled and secured in its original crate or packaging to prevent damage during transit, including all manuals and power components.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to pick up the item from your location at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
